Our Story

Revived Women: A Movement for Whole Life Wellbeing

Revived Women was born out of lived experience. For generations, women of color, our mothers and grandmothers, have carried the weight of family, work, and community while their own health was often overlooked. The result has been cycles of chronic illness, preventable disease, and health disparities that continue to harm our families today.

Our founder walked this road personally. After facing her own health challenges and realizing how food, habits, and lifestyle were impacting her wellbeing, she began making changes. Through trial and error, meal prep, and a commitment to healthier living, she not only saw her life transform but also began sharing what she learned with other women. The more she shared, the more it became clear: women of color need a safe space that addresses our unique struggles, breaks harmful cycles, and equips us with tools to live healthier, stronger lives.

That’s why Revived Women exists. We are a faith-based wellness community that helps women embrace total wellbeing, physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Through programs, resources, and collective support, we empower women to break free from unhealthy patterns, honor their God-given purpose, and create new legacies of health for their families.

We believe whole life wellbeing is not just about adding years to your life, but life to your years. Together, we are building a collective of women who will change the future, one habit, one family, one community at a time.

We invite you to be part of this movement. Explore our programs, connect with other women, and take steps toward the wholeness God intended for you.

About Our Founder

Sherrita Denise is the visionary behind Revived Women, a collective created out of both personal transformation and loss.
